  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate market needs into scalable AI solutions; ensure AI products are ethical, secure, explainable, and compliant with regulations; prioritize features based on customer feedback, ROI, and market demand
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on AI strategy, transformation, and adoption; present AI vision and outcomes to senior leadership, clients, and industry forums; drive internal alignment across business, technology, legal, and compliance teams; represent the organization at industry events, publish whitepapers and case studies, and build high-performing AI market and solution teams

Role Overview

The AI Market Leader is responsible for defining, building, and scaling the organization’s AI-led market strategy. This role bridges business, technology, and go-to-market execution, ensuring AI solutions drive measurable business impact, market differentiation, and revenue growth. The leader will identify market opportunities, shape AI offerings, influence stakeholders, and establish the organization as a thought leader in AI-driven solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Market Leadership

  • Define and execute the AI market strategy aligned with business objectives and industry trends
  • Identify high-impact AI use cases, vertical opportunities, and monetization models
  • Own the AI value proposition, positioning, and competitive differentiation
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging AI technologies

Go-To-Market & Growth

  • Lead AI go-to-market (GTM) strategy including pricing, packaging, and commercialization
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline, revenue, and client adoption
  • Support key deals through solution shaping, client workshops, and executive-level discussions
  • Develop partnerships with technology vendors, startups, and ecosystem players

Product & Solution Development

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate market needs into scalable AI solutions

Client & Stakeholder Engagement
