Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 6–12 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and modern frontend technologies, along with good knowledge of databases, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
  
• Develop robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA.
  
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
  
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular / React.
  
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
  
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.
  
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
  
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize application performance.
  
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA engineers, and other development teams.
  
• Implement automated unit, integration, and API testing.
  
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
  
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical design discussions.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
  
• Experience with Redis or caching technologies.
  
• Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and application security.
  
• Knowledge in Python is preferred.
  
• Experience in cloud-native application development.
  
• Experience mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• 6–12 years of professional software development experience.
  
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, Java 8/11/17+.
  
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate.
  
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and REST APIs.
  
• Experience with Angular / React / JavaScript / TypeScript / HTML5 / CSS3.
  
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  
• Experience with Git and build tools such as Maven/Gradle.
  
• Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, SonarQube or similar tools.
  
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/GitLab/Azure DevOps is preferred.
  
• Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP is an advantage.
  
• Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Knowledge in Insurance domain
