Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.


Our client is a growing organization focused on strategic growth and brand development across digital channels. The company operates in a dynamic environment where strong visual communication plays an important role in supporting marketing initiatives and brand consistency. They are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to elevate creative execution across marketing, web, and brand assets while contributing to ongoing campaigns and strategic initiatives.

Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM CST

Role Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer will own the creation and execution of high-quality visual assets across multiple platforms. This role combines strong creative thinking with hands-on production, supporting marketing initiatives through compelling, conversion-focused design while ensuring brand consistency across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Execution

  • Design marketing and brand assets across digital channels, including social media, web, email, presentations, and advertising

  • Create visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals

  • Develop graphics for paid media, organic social, and website updates

Collaboration & Brand Consistency

  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to translate strategy into visual execution

  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs

Project Management

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

Experience

  • 4+ years of professional graphic design experience

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing and brand design work

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools such as Figma or similar

  • Experience designing for social media, web, and marketing campaigns

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Understanding of marketing performance and conversion-focused design is a plus
