Job description

This role is responsible for the design and rollout of print campaigns, point-of-sale materials, and in-store collateral, alongside maintaining well-organised digital image libraries and supporting image editing and retouching to ensure assets meet brand standards.

The Graphic Designer will also contribute to the creation and updating of internal documentation, including presentations, guidelines, templates, and communication packs—ensuring clarity, consistency, and a high level of visual polish across all internal outputs.

  • Experienced in designg for prDesign and roll out print materials including campaign POS, signage, window decals and in-store marketing collateral.
  • Partner with Marketing, Creative and VM teams to deliver consistent, on-brand campaigns on time.
  • Create and update internal documents—presentations, templates, guidelines and communication packs.
  • Contribute to seasonal brand assets and style guide updates.
  • Keep our digital image library organised with clean naming, easy accessibility and tight version control.
  • Retouch and edit imagery to maintain dusk’s premium visual standard.
  • Deliver refined creative that’s on time, on brief and aligned with brand tone and seasonal direction.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential).
  • Strong understanding of print production processes and preparing artwork for print.
  • Experience designing retail campaign collateral and multi-page documents.
  • Proficient in Canva for internal design needs and template management.
  • Photo retouching and image editing skills.
  • Familiarity with Figma a bonus.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and composition skills.
  • Experience in FMCG and 
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience working as part of an agaency or in-house marketing team
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and brand consistency.
  • Proactive communicator who can manage feedback and approvals efficiently.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused with a team-first mindset.
  • Passionate about design craft and storytelling through visual communication.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
