The Growth Marketing Lead will fully own and drive paid growth strategy and execution across a portfolio of complex, high-spend client accounts.

Diagnose performance challenges, design strategic solutions, and execute them independently.
Own full-funnel growth strategy from acquisition through activation, focusing on CAC, payback periods, and pipeline impact, not just platform ROAS.
Identify opportunities to expand into new channels and build data-driven cases for growth.
Develop and maintain pacing models and budget forecasts.
Manage hands-on campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and additional platforms as needed.
Analyze accounts at both macro and micro levels, evaluating campaign structures, ad groups, keywords, search terms, creatives, and goal attainment.

Research keywords, adjust bid targets, direct creative development, and ensure full implementation of changes.
Leverage the proprietary platform for pacing analysis, experiment tracking, and performance monitoring, while providing feedback for ongoing improvement.
Actively direct creative output, including writing and editing ad copy.
Provide clear direction on landing page structure, messaging hierarchy, and visual strategy.
Approach ads and landing pages as a unified performance system.
Apply conversion rate optimization principles to improve user journeys and outcomes.
Write detailed weekly performance updates including account overviews, experiment results, next steps, and key questions.
Interface directly with founders and marketing leaders via Zoom and Slack, understanding priorities and proposing thoughtful, compelling solutions.
Report into the Head of Accounts and collaborate closely with the CEO.
Mentor junior analysts as the practice grows.
Qualifications
Experience personally managing $1M+ per month in combined ad spend across Google Ads and Meta, with direct hands-on responsibility.
Proven track record of independently running complex accounts without supervision.
Demonstrated history of designing experiments that drove significant performance improvements.
Experience connecting ad spend to downstream business outcomes, including attribution modeling, CRM integration (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and pipeline reporting.
Experience marketing technical products, B2B SaaS, or developer-focused companies is strongly preferred.
Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta, including campaign types, ad formats, targeting options, bidding strategies, and platform levers.
Advanced quantitative skills, including the ability to design and evaluate A/B tests using statistical best practices.
Strong understanding of full-funnel growth metrics, CAC, payback periods, and pipeline performance.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for client-facing interactions and reporting.
Strong creative judgment, including ad copywriting and landing page optimization capabilities.
High ownership mindset with low ego, rigorous problem-solving ability, and comfort operating in fast-paced, high-velocity environments.
Passion for tools, dashboards, proprietary software, and continuous optimization of systems and processes.

Within the first month, full contextual mastery of assigned accounts, including campaign structures, client priorities, and key growth opportunities.
Within 60 days, independent ownership of strategy, experimentation, creative direction, and client communication.
Within 90 days, recognized by clients as indispensable to their growth.
Opportunity
This is an opportunity to work with category-defining, venture-backed companies solving complex growth challenges with no established playbook. You will own high-impact accounts end-to-end, collaborate directly with founders and executive leadership, and operate with significant autonomy.
