Senior SEO Specialist

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

About The Role

We’re a fast-growing startup looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to take full ownership of our organic growth. You’ll build and execute SEO strategy from the ground up, focusing on high-impact initiatives that drive qualified traffic and inbound leads.

This role is for someone with 4+ years of SEO experience who’s comfortable working autonomously, testing ideas, and moving fast.

What You’ll Do

• Own SEO strategy and execution end-to-end

• Run advanced keyword research and search intent analysis

• Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact SEO opportunities

• Optimize existing pages and support creation of SEO-driven content

• Track rankings, traffic, and performance metrics

• Flag technical SEO issues and propose solutions

• Ensure SEO best practices across site changes

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience

• Strong on-page SEO and keyword research skills

• Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals

• Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools

• Analytical, experiment-driven, and results-oriented

• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments

Nice to Have

• B2B SEO experience

• Inbound / lead generation background

• Content strategy experience
