Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
2+ years' experience in marketing automation, performance marketing, or digital marketing (preferably in e-commerce/DTC)
Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, GA) and familiarity with AI-driven marketing platforms
Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with excellent communication and ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Requirements:

Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation campaigns and customer journeys to drive growth for DTC brands.
Manage budget allocation and optimization using AI-driven insights and automated workflows across channels (email, paid ads, social, etc.).
Collaborate with data science and product teams to run experiments, test hypotheses, measure performance, and scale successful initiatives.
Build and maintain automated workflows, reports, and dashboards; monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
