Job Title Program Manager (Healthcare) Location : Remote Duration : Long Term Contract
Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years of program management experience; overseeing multiple program workstreams
Must have industry experience in healthcare is HIGHLY preferred (also open to candidates from a finance/banking industry, large consumer brands with loyalty programs, or consulting firms focused on Consumer Experience)
Experience leading large complex programs at the enterprise level
Need strong performance marketing and analytics experience
Jira
Journey mapping experience w/ tools such as Miro, Lucid, Fig, etc.
Marketing automation such as Marketo or similar
Smartsheet's
Must have strategic background - strategic thinking, driving strategic initiatives, etc.
Must have strong customer experience (CX)/experience design experience including consumer lifeccyle strategy
Omnichannel strategy mindset
End to end journey ownership (concept thru optimization)
Wants someone who is excited about working at a large healthcare organization that's undergoing significant transformation and will be at the forefront of various workstreams
