1.负责Web3核心产品的制定策略与全流程管理，深度参与产品架构设计与核心模块定义

2、能够从业务与用户视角出发，洞察链上与链下的关键场景，提出具有创新性与竞争力的产品方案

3.主导跨部门协作，整合内部外部资源，确保产品从设计到高效落地的推进与效果验证

4、关注行业趋势与技术演进，具备独立判断产品方向与战略决策的能力

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，3-5年以上Web3领域产品工作经验，具备完整的产品生命周期管理能力

2. 对链上资产、交易行为、协议机制等有深入理解，能从复杂业务中抽象产品逻辑

3.项目管理与团队协作能力优秀，具备主人翁意识，能够独立推进重点项目

4.具备思维战略与产品洞察力，能够在变化中识别机会，制定产品策略

5.对Web3生态系统具有系统性认知，能够快速理解新兴技术与业务形态
