Roles & Responsibilities

  • 2+ years of Flutter development experience
  • 3+ years of iOS/Android client development
  • Ability to independently own project development and release; familiar with development and collaboration processes
  • Experience in designing complex architectures with multithreading optimization; refactoring experience; securities trading experience preferred

Requirements:

  • Develop the company's app product features
  • Collaborate with product managers to deeply participate in product requirements discussions and technical design
  • Focus on performance and data-driven improvements; use refactoring to enhance user experience
  • Proactively complete other tasks assigned by the Team Leader

岗位职责
  • 负责公司APP产品业务开发。
  • 和产品经理配合，深度参与产品需求的讨论和技术方案设计。
  • 关注性能，以数据驱动，通过技术重构提升用户体验。
  • 积极完成 Team Leader 所安排的其他工作。

    • 任职资格
  • 2年以上Flutter开发经验，3年以上 iOS / Android 客户端开发。
  • 能独立负责项目开发上线，熟悉项目开发流程，熟悉研发协作流程。
  • 能承担复杂业务架构设计，熟悉使用多线程来优化业务case。
  • 有业务重构经验、证券业务交易，业务经验优先。
