Senior App Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer, with a focus on application development. Familiarity with API and database development is desirable.

Domain experience should be with a background in mixed media application development, both playback and library management.

You should be able to operate in an agile, fast-paced environment with a small team and exhibit a passion for delivering quality software. A personality with a curious, questioning mind will be valued.

Business is based in Australia!

Tech Stack:

• C# with .Net Core

• C (within a Linux context)

• Databases - MS SQL Server & Postgres

• ORM experience (NPOCO and EF Core)

• Xamarin (targeting MacOS, iOS, Android, Windows)

• .Net Maui (bonus)

Experience:

• iOS and Android app development and deployment

• Integration with AWS services (highly rated) / Azure (beneficial)

• Database development

• API development

• A/V development (beneficial)

• Git-based SCM (we use GitLab)
• English language proficiency is essential.

Senior App Dev would need an ARM based Mac. One you'd be able to also run Android, iOS and Linux VMs/ emulators on. Being Xamarin, you'll need Visual Studio or an equivalent compatible IDE. You'll also need MS SQL Server (developer edition) and Postgres installations. Do you have all the equipment for work?
