Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and evolve how we communicate with users across the TransForce suite of brands. This role is responsible for shaping lifecycle strategy, owning messaging and copy, and designing and optimizing lifecycle templates that drive engagement, conversion, and retention across both drivers (B2C) and carriers (B2B).
This is a hands-on role for a lifecycle marketer who enjoys building, testing, and improving end-to-end journeys, combining strong writing, analytical thinking, and practical execution within marketing automation platforms.
You will partner closely with Operations, Sales, Product, Data, and Engineering, while retaining direct ownership over lifecycle messaging, sequencing, and performance.
