Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to announce an opening for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Pharmaceuticals industry. This position is key to ensuring that Polish-speaking clients receive exceptional support and information about pharmaceutical products and services.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and health information.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries professionally, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the pharmaceutical products offered and relevant regulatory guidelines.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Educate customers about product usage, side effects, and other important information related to pharmaceuticals.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn about pharmaceutical products and adhere to industry regulations.
