Executive Assistant

We are looking for a tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the founder of a high-growth AI startup. You will act as a strategic partner, blending administrative excellence with technical operations and AI-driven content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and organizational support to the founder.
• Conduct AI-assisted research to develop polished presentations and proposals.
• Maintain the company website using WordPress and Elementor Pro.
• Develop test scripts and perform QA testing for client software and websites.
• Manage LinkedIn social media outreach and engage in professional conversations.
• Track projects and deadlines using Taiga.
• Draft training materials, grant proposals, and technical documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant for US-based C-suite executives.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, WordPress/Elementor, and Canva.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research and content creation.
• Proven experience in social media outreach and CRM management.
• Strong background in project tracking using Taiga or similar tools.
