Executive Assistant

We are looking for a tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the founder of a high-growth AI startup. You will act as a strategic partner, blending administrative excellence with technical operations and AI-driven content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily administrative and organizational support to the founder.
Conduct AI-assisted research to develop polished presentations and proposals.
Maintain the company website using WordPress and Elementor Pro.
Develop test scripts and perform QA testing for client software and websites.
Manage LinkedIn social media outreach and engage in professional conversations.
Track projects and deadlines using Taiga.
Draft training materials, grant proposals, and technical documentation.
