Description:

CTG is seeking to fill a Renewable Energy Integration Program Manager position for our client.

 

Location: Remote
Duration: 11 months

 

Duties:

  • Support merger and acquisition initiatives by onboarding and integrating newly acquired renewable generation assets into the enterprise utility environment.

  • Coordinate cross-functional integration activities including asset registration, application onboarding, data migration, telemetry enablement, and market participation readiness.

  • Work closely with generation operations, IT, and market operations teams to align systems, operational processes, and governance models.

  • Manage integration timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

  • Ensure renewable assets are operationally integrated with enterprise monitoring, telemetry, and data platforms.

Skills:

  • Renewable asset onboarding and generation systems integration

  • Data and application migration within enterprise environments

  • Telemetry enablement and operational monitoring systems

  • Energy market operations alignment

  • Stakeholder coordination and cross-functional program delivery

  • Program/project management and integration planning

Experience:

  • Experience supporting renewable energy, utilities, or generation asset integration programs

  • Background coordinating IT, operational, and business teams during system integration initiatives

  • Experience with enterprise application onboarding, telemetry integration, or operational data migration

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred

  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65.00 to $75.00 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
