Roles & Responsibilities

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role within a multinational organization
  • Advanced knowledge of Romanian labor legislation
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) and strong Excel/MS Office skills

  • Administer end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, ensuring documentation complies with legal requirements and internal policies (hiring, changes, maternities, HR systems updates)
  • Provide consultancy and legal guidance for new projects or changes in legislation affecting HR, including work-from-home implementations
  • Manage international assignments, hires, and vendors; oversee GDPR processes; create and maintain HR dashboards and update stakeholders
  • Actively support HR IT system implementations (e.g., Workday, SharePoint) and participate in HR policy updates and development of new admin processes

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Role Intro

HCM Business Advisory supports HR strategies and initiatives across the bank.  It is also a key enabler of effective delivery of the banks HR strategy through the provision of expert knowledge and support on HR policies, programmes, processes, people strategy and ensures consistent application of HR best practice.

Responsibilities

  • administer employees lifecycle activities,  ensuring all documentation is following the legal requirements and internal policies (e.g. hiring preparation, documents checks and collection, position changes, maternities, HR Systems updates);
  • offers consultancy and legal solutions, in case of new projects implementation (e.g work from home), changes in the legislation, other situations requiring support;
  • create and maintain the HR Dashboard; update the needed stakeholders;
  • manages international assignments, international hires and vendors, collaborating with the allocated teams;
  • manages GDPR process for HR;
  • responsible for managing absences process & improvements.
  • actively support HR IT systems implementations (Workday, sharepoint, etc).
  • further develop by taking part in other HR-related projects (e.g. HR policies updates and implementation, support on new HR Admin processes) .

Skills

  • Has 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role, in a multinational organization;
  • Advanced Romanian Labor legislation knowledge;
  • Works well with HR Systems (Workday, preferable),
  • Excellent Excel skills; MS Office;
  • English skills - advanced;
  • Is a good communicator and values cooperation and team spirit;
  • Has good planning skills and sets priorities so that can achieve his/her goals; is detail oriented.
  • Is interested in learning new skills and developing herself/himself.
  • Is highly adaptable and copes very well with a dynamic environment.
