This Job Location is in Lebanon working remotely.

The HR Generalist is responsible for assisting in various HR work such as: recruiting, staff leaves, staff schedule, staff performance reviews, staff visas, resident permits, and deal with various staff related issues.

1. Assist with Recruitment 
   

2. Assist in Dealing with staff HR related issues
   

3. Assist in Managing Staff Leaves & Schedule
   

4. Assist in staff documents, visas, resident permits online and through Managing outsourced PRO’s
   

5. Assist in staff Performance Reviews
   

Requirements

1. Ability to Manage Staff
   

2. Strong Communication Skills
   

3. Proficient in English Language
   

4. Ability to learn UAE, Qatar, Oman Labor Law
   

5. Detailed oriented
   

6. Strong Follow up
   

7. Strong Computer knowledge, ability to use excel, HR softwares and other apps.
