Regional Marketing Manager- Location Lebanon

Purpose:

This Job Location is in Lebanon working remotely from an office space.

The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing all marketing aspects of Kozma & Kozma brand and Kozma Curl Brand for 7 salons within the G.C.C region. Provide strategic marketing plan to increase sales from new salon customers.

Accountable for achieving sales target of all new salon customers first visit while maintaining the brand standards and ensuring the highest clients satisfaction and clients experience. 

Responsibilities: 

1. Increase new salon customers resulting in increased sales
   
2. Increase Social Media followers on Kozma & Kozma and Kozma Curl Brand
   
3. Manage sales funnels to produce maximum ROI
   
4. Manage, employees and agencies within the Marketing Department to produce maximum ROI.
   
5. Increase number of newsletter subscribers
   
6. Increase customer engagements on digital marketing platforms
   
7. Increase brand awareness
   
8. Manage marketing budget to produce maximum ROI
   
9. Increase new visitors website traffic on Kozma & Kozma and Kozma Curl
   
10. Manage SEO, Google Ads, Social Ads to increase new visitors website traffic on Kozma & Kozma and Kozma Curl or directed to sales funnel
    
11. Manage women’s groups discount to convert to sales
    
    

Requirements

Required Competencies:

1. Experience in managing successful sales funnels with strong understanding of automation systems and customer Journey.
   
2. Strong leadership and management experience, with experience managing a marketing team.
   
3. Strong knowledge and experience in marketing budget, Experience in Excel, cost allocation and calculation to produce the target ROI within budget
   
4. Strong knowledge in social media especially Instagram and Facebook and ability to manage a social media team to increase followers and customer engagement while maintaining the brand standards.
   
5. Good organizational and planning skills, being able to plan marketing calendar ahead of time and manage projects.
   
6. Strong knowledge in SEO and google ads and able to manage agency to produce maximum ROI
   
7. Experience in getting free media coverage (Articles, Interviews, Reviews, and managing influencers)
   
8. Strong writing and communication skills in English language
   
9. Ability to understand the brands and operate within brand standards
   
10. Metrics & Data driven, with very strong in analyzing data & metrics and make decisions based on data to meet the objectives, and target ROI.
    
11. Strong experience in setting trackable metrics before any campaign and able to generate meaningful reports for analysis.

Qualifications:

1. Marketing experience in any of the following industries: Hotels, F&B, beauty, hospitality, retail, fashion.
   
2. Several years experience as a Marketing manager, or equivalent position.  
   
3. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
   
4. Computer skills, Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and ability to analyze and read lots of reports and KPI’s
   
5. Tech savvy and good I.T knowledge to work with various marketing apps and platforms
