Product Owner

Role Overview:
The Product Owner will lead a cross-organizational migration initiative within the banking sector, owning product vision, roadmap, and backlog execution. The role focuses on translating document lifecycle management and regulatory compliance requirements into actionable capabilities across Office 365, SharePoint, and AWS S3, ensuring alignment with IAM, encryption, key management, and access governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product vision, roadmap, and delivery outcomes

• Manage backlog including user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and sprint planning

• Translate classification, retention, legal hold, and auditability policies into product requirements

• Ensure alignment with governance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance

• Support solution decisions across Office 365, SharePoint, and AWS S3

Must-Have Requirements:

• Proven experience as Product Owner in banking or other regulated environments

• Strong knowledge of document lifecycle management and compliance-driven processes

• Hands-on familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint, and AWS S3

• Solid understanding of IAM, encryption, key management, and access governance

• Experience with requirements management within structured governance frameworks

Nice to Have:

• Experience with OpenSearch (indexing, relevance tuning, performance optimization)

• Exposure to eIDAS-aligned digital signing workflows

• Experience with analytics and search telemetry

• Implementation of AI-driven self-service solutions in content-heavy environments
