🧩 Project Description:

You’ll join a strategic growth engineering team, a high-impact engineering and analytics group that designs and scales cloud-native solutions powering financial intelligence platforms.

The team works with modern tools to automate infrastructure, manage scalable deployments, and ensure robust performance under heavy data loads.

The environment encourages autonomy and technical excellence across cloud architecture, container orchestration, and backend services built with Scala and Python.

💡 Hard Skills / Must Have:

• Strong DevOps expertise in AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes (EKS preferred)

• Experience with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL, and messaging systems like Kafka

• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions preferred)

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Linux-based containers, and infrastructure automation

• Solid understanding of monitoring and logging frameworks

• Experience in development and debugging of JVM-based applications (Scala preferred) and Python applications.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and data-intensive backend systems

📌 Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Design, build, and maintain AWS-based infrastructure for high-performance analytics platforms

• Use Terraform for Infrastructure as Code to ensure scalable and reproducible deployments

• Implement and optimize Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration

• Automate CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and alerting processes

• Configure and manage databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Kafka

• Ensure cloud security, cost optimization, and disaster recovery practices

• Contribute to backend development using Scala and Python

• Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and data pipelines

• Collaborate with engineers to ensure code quality and smooth CI/CD integration

• Support cross-functional teams with scalable technical solutions
