Role Overview

As an AU RTO Student Work Placement Coordinator, you’ll be the person connecting students with the workplaces that help bring their training to life. Think of yourself as the organizer behind the scenes, making sure the right placements happen at the right time with the right partners.
This role blends coordination, communication, and process management. You’ll work closely with students, host organizations, and internal education teams to ensure workplace placements are organized, documented, and aligned with course requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and organize student workplace placements.
Maintain and manage placement documentation and records.
Communicate with students, host organizations, and internal teams.
Build and maintain relationships with host employer organizations.
Ensure required documentation is completed before placements begin.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of student records.
Coordinate scheduling of workplace visits for Trainers & Assessors.
Support internal reviews and audits when required.
Ensure placements meet relevant training and safety standards.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
High attention to detail when managing documentation and records.
Ability to follow structured processes and compliance requirements.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
Experience in administrative or coordinator roles.
Experience in student services or education support roles.
Experience working with training organizations or education providers.
Experience in customer service or stakeholder coordination roles.
Experience working in structured environments with documentation and KPIs.

Work Setup: Remote Work From Home – Philippines.
Workdays: Monday to Friday.
