Job description

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service role within our Tourism Industry Department. This position allows you to work from home, giving you the flexibility to join our team from anywhere in Greece! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals fluent in Dutch to provide outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking clients as they explore the beautiful offerings of Greece.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries related to our tourism services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a remote working environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch regarding tourism services, bookings, and local attractions
  • Guide clients through the booking process, ensuring they understand their options
  • Resolve issues and provide effective solutions to enhance clients' travel experiences
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality
  • Stay informed about tourism trends and popular destinations in Greece

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
