This position has the exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and oversee critical commercial loan servicing applications, driving process optimization and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: Requirements:
Strong background with core banking applications
8+ years leading banking application teams
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt or equivalent experience with data/statistical analysis
Deep subject-matter expertise in Commercial Loan Servicing, with hands-on experience supporting and maintaining commercial loan servicing platforms (especially CLS/ACBS)
Hands-on support experience with major commercial loan servicing systems, including AFS, CLS/ACBS, Aspire, Stucky, and DataScan
Desired:
Master's degree preferred
Responsibilities:
Oversee commercial loan servicing applications
Manage application changes, upgrades, integrations, and conversions
Lead and develop a high-performing team (BSAs, System Analysts, etc.)
Plan and monitor technical resources and project delivery
Ensure timely delivery of enhancements and projects
Partner with Operations and business lines on process optimization
Manage BAU production support and vendor relationships
Define, track, and improve SLAs and KPIs using data analysis
