Technical / Automation Specialist (JD - 030526 - PTTAS)

Position: Technical / Automation Specialist

Number of hours: 7 hrs/week

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation of automation and system solutions

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across business processes

• Develop and manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS / Azure)

• Implement AI-powered tools to improve operational efficiency

• Write and maintain scripts using Python and/or PowerShell

• Ensure systems follow cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation standards

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize workflows

• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and cloud services

• Maintain proper documentation for automation processes and technical architecture

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals

• Strong AI & automation literacy

• Cloud proficiency (AWS and/or Azure)

• Cybersecurity mindset and understanding of security best practices

• Proficiency in Python and/or PowerShell scripting

• Advanced automation skills across systems and workflows

• Familiar with LangChain, n8n, and Machine Learning
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automation, cloud systems, or technical implementation roles

• Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently on technical projects

• Strong documentation and communication skills
