Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily or rotating audits of client materials, reports, and campaign documents across assigned accounts; document audit results with date/time and escalate discrepancies to the ICS Operations Manager with AM/AS CC’d
  • Review and confirm the accuracy of key campaign elements including creative flighting and allocations, budget entries and pacing, traffic instructions and upfront flighting, holiday/airing restrictions, buying restrictions and separation requirements, and buy details across media types
  • Collaborate with Account Coordinators on campaign QC, ensuring all reviews are approved by designated AM or AS; complete formal error documentation reports for issues that reach market with timelines, severity assessment, and resolution proposals
  • Partner with the ICS Operations Manager and New Innovator Operations role to test and implement efficiency solutions, including piloting AI tools and automations within VP; support process innovation and workflow refinement through cross-functional collaboration; assist with other projects such as media schedules, pre-logs, call forecasting, and media performance reports

Job Description :

The Campaign Quality Assurance Specialist is a critical member of the Client Services team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of campaign setup, execution, and documentation across multiple clients. The QAS works closely with Account Coordinators and receives oversight from Account Managers or Supervisors, with direct quality reporting to the ICS Operations Manager. This role ensures that campaign details are thoroughly vetted and compliant with internal standards and client-specific requirements.

This is a detail-intensive role designed for someone who thrives on catching the small things before they become big issues, helping safeguard quality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Participate in onboarding and training on our proprietary media planning and buying platform, Vantage Point, including how to access and interpret critical campaign details, under the guidance of the Quality Control Operations Lead.

Conduct daily or rotating audits (depending on team volume) of client materials, reports, and campaign documents across assigned accounts. Reports may be in Vantage Point, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or PowerBI.

Review and confirm the accuracy of key campaign elements including:

–Creative flighting and allocations

–Budget entries and pacing

–Traffic instructions and upfront flighting

–Holiday/airing restrictions

–Buying restrictions and separation requirements

–Buy details across media types

•Document all audit results clearly, including date/time of check, and escalate any discrepancies to the ICS Operations Manager with AM/AS CC’d

•Assist with other projects/account management needs on an ongoing basis including (but not limited to): media schedules, pre-logs, call forecasting, and media performance reports

•Participate in training sessions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal tools, client requirements, and compliance standards

WHO YOU ARE:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • You are self-motivated; inquisitive, proactive & strong initiative (learns/ask questions, applies, grows)

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a media, operations, traffic, or auditing role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with media or reporting tools a plus
  • Experience reviewing structured documentation (schedules, budgets, reports, etc.)
  • Interest in operational innovation, systems thinking, and QC methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred but not required
