Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily production: verify product type and quantity, manage blending materials, and report raw material supply-demand to the raw materials team head
  • Manage raw materials processes: oversee grinding, mixing by blending date for product type, and minimize material loss; oversee material transfer inputs
  • Operate and maintain equipment: monitor Nissei/Woojin dispensers, prevent product mixing, check for defects and machine problems, report abnormal operations, and clean around machines
  • Quality control and handover: identify product types produced, detect defect patterns, report to foreman, and coordinate handover with night shift; organize and clean around machines

This new metalwood looked and sounded different from a wooden wood, and most important, it performed differently. The clubhead's perimeter-weighting offered greater forgiveness on mis-hits, while the lower center of gravity made it easier to launch the ball in the air. Adams, the son of a golf professional, was adamant that TaylorMade clubs maintain ties to what true golfers perceived an authentic golf club should look and feel like. They were committed to combining innovation with authenticity, to always be passionate about the game, and pledged to be competitive - to work hard to establish itself and grow. These four tenets would take them far. Since the creation of the first metalwood in 1979, the TaylorMade Golf Company has established a legacy of breaking from tradition to reach new thresholds of performance.

Job description

Check Daily Tasks

- Check the type and quantity of products produced per day and the amount to be blended.

- Check the supply and demand of raw materials and report it to the head of the raw materials team who does not have it.

- Using a grinder and checking the blended raw materials.

Thorough management of raw material mix and raw material loss

- Mixing management by blending date suitable for product type.

- Thorough management of raw material loss and pulverizing materials according to the use of the grinder.

- Material transfer machine management thoroughly version and bonsai input management thoroughly.

Weekly work content check and previous work content check

- Communicate with night workers about the previous day's work.

Check the product for each machine and hand over to full-time workers.

- Measures for machine occurrence

- Checking and reporting machine problems

- Cleaning and cleaning around the machine

Nissei identifies the types of products produced by Woojin and identifies defects.

- Check the types of products produced by Nissei & Woojin dispenser to prevent product mixing.

- Identify the pattern of the defect and report it to the foreman.

- Nissei & Woojin ejector error action and report to the head of the abnormal operation condition.

- Organize and clean around the machine.
