Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and general information concerning the Food & Beverage offerings.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Document all customer interactions precisely and provide regular reports on customer feedback and issues.
  • Support marketing initiatives by gathering and reporting customer insights.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and offer tailored solutions to customers.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
