Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients across various platforms including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with booking inquiries, travel arrangements, and general information related to hospitality services.
  • Handle client complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance their travel experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest promotions, packages, and services offered by the company.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately to support service quality and compliance.
  • Promote company values and represent the brand positively to all customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
