Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to announce an opening for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Biotechnology industry. This role is targeted at individuals who have a strong background in customer service and an interest in the life sciences, providing an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative sector.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients in the biotechnology sector via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to biotechnological products, services, and technical support.
  • Provide product information, facilitate orders, and handle returns and exchanges professionally.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and industry standards.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales and research teams to ensure customers receive timely and accurate information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with biotechnology products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
