Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and services.
  • Provide accurate information regarding product usage, side effects, and compliance with regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to address client needs effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain meticulous service records.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceuticals industry is a plus.
