Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Food & Beverage industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food culture and enjoy assisting customers in a vibrant and dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding food and beverage products, orders, and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and company policies to assist customers accurately.
  • Document all interactions with customers to provide insights for service improvement.
  • Promote the company’s values and create positive and lasting customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the Food & Beverage sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage complaints and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Passion for the food and beverage industry and a desire to help customers find the best products for their needs.
