Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding shipping, tracking, and logistics solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any logistical issues and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Keep clients informed about the status of shipments and any potential delays.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate service records for quality assurance.
  • Provide solutions and support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, company services, and policies to offer effective assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or supply chain sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle operational challenges.
  • Familiarity with logistics operations and supply chain principles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
