Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing information related to telecommunications products and services.
  • Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support for telecommunications services.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers about product offerings, promotions, and service options to enhance their experience.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for follow-up and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance overall service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
