This role offers a chance to work within a leading pharmaceutical company, providing essential support and expertise to Portuguese-speaking clients and healthcare professionals.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients and healthcare providers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, including dosage, usage, and safety information.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's product range and relevant industry regulations.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical products and relevant regulations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
