  • Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist patients, providers, and partners with healthcare-related inquiries, guiding them through available services and options.
  • Handle sensitive health information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain thorough records for compliance purposes.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in healthcare services and products to provide up-to-date information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the healthcare or medical field, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
