Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Automotive Industry. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about automotive technology and are keen to provide exceptional service to Portuguese-speaking customers.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support.
  • Manage complaints effectively and strive to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers about product features and offers while providing comprehensive support throughout their purchase journeys.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the automotive industry's products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records for service evaluation.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical inquiries and offer effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
