This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about finance and dedicated to providing excellent customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to their financial accounts, products, and services.
  • Provide support in resolving customer complaints and issues, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services offered by the company.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and update customer records as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and improve customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or banking sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus.
