Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and general travel-related inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, routes, and promotions to assist customers accurately.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and service improvement.
  • Promote a positive company image while providing high-quality service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly within the aviation or travel sectors, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
