We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior NetSuite Administrator / Business Systems Analyst to manage and optimize our ERP ecosystem. Based in Montreal, this role is responsible for the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of NetSuite ERP, while supporting critical integrations and business processes across the organization.
The role will focus on system configuration, reporting, workflow automation, and data integrity, ensuring NetSuite effectively supports operations across consumer goods,” big box” retail partners, and marketplace channels. The successful candidate will also manage and support integrations with key platforms including Workato (iPaaS), Orderful(EDI), Propel (PLM), and Akeneo (PIM) to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that bridges technology and business operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance, supply chain, product, and operations teams to analyze business requirements, implement system improvements, and drive automation and operational efficiency.

Manage and support integrations between NetSuite and external platforms including is an asset:Workato (integration automation / iPaaS)Orderful (EDI platform for retail partners)Propel (PLM system)Akeneo (PIM system)Charted (OCR) AP automationMonitor system integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable data synchronization between platformsRetail & Consumer Goods Operations Support
Support ERP processes related to big box retailers, EDI transactions, and marketplace operationsAssist with order management, inventory management, fulfillment workflows, and supply chain operationsEnsure system alignment with retail partner requirements and operational workflowsContinuous Improvement & Governance
