  • Fluent in English plus an additional language (German, French, or Spanish).

  • Perform routine data quality checks, correct duplicates, and support audits.
  • Process master data requests per SLA, monitor queues, and report on data quality and performance.

That's why were partnering with a leading global organization in the chemical and manufacturing industry to find an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist for their growing Shared Service Center.

About the role:

As a Master Data Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end creation, maintenance, and governance of Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, Asset, Treasury, and Credit master data within the SSC, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery to support efficient processes and a standardized data environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and validate SAP master data (Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, Asset, Treasury, Credit) according to global standards.
  • Maintain data accuracy, consistency across ERP/MDM, and compliance with internal controls and SOX.
  • Perform routine checks, correct duplicates, and support audits.
  • Process master data requests per SLA, monitor queues, and report on data quality and performance.
  • Contribute to process documentation, UAT, and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Commercial, IT, and global teams.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in Master Data Management or SSC environments.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP (MM/SD/FI/CO/MDG) or equivalent ERP systems.

  • Understanding of data governance and control frameworks (e.g., SOX).

  • Strong attention to detail, data validation skills, and ability to manage high volumes accurately.
  • Fluent in English plus one additional language: German, French, or Spanish.
