Experience: 3+ years in a technical role (FAE, Systems Engineer, or R&D) in automotive or power electronics.
Languages/Communication: Professional Mandarin; fluent in French or English.
Technical Skills & Soft Skills: Strong understanding of power conversion (AC/DC, DC/DC), CAN bus, automotive diagnostic protocols; problem-solving, customer-centric, independent in cross-cultural environments.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical interface for French automotive customers (OEMs/Tier-1s) during design-in, integration, and mass production phases.
Provide onsite support for product debugging, system integration, and software flashing, ensuring power solutions align with vehicle electrical architecture.
Facilitate seamless communication between local clients and the global R&D team to clarify technical requirements and expedite project timelines.
Perform deep-dive diagnostics and root cause analysis for complex technical issues, coordinating with headquarters to implement hardware/software updates.
