Kirk Albinson is the Owner of Risviken LLC, a real estate investment, development, and consulting organization. Risviken serves as the corporate brand overseeing real estate acquisitions, development, and advisory work. Through Persh Properties, the company focuses on buying, holding, renting, and selling primarily single-family real estate assets. Kirk brings over 25 years of experience in real estate, including affordable, mixed-income, and market-rate developments nationwide.

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant who brings structure, precision, and strong execution to day to day operations. This is not a reactive administrative role. It is a highly organized, detail driven position for someone who thrives on managing complex workflows and ensuring every step is completed accurately and on time.

In this role, you will serve as a strong operational counterbalance to a big picture, visionary leader. You bring stability, precision, and consistency to the business. You enjoy building and refining workflows, organizing information, and driving projects through completion. You are proactive, deadline focused, and confident working independently, ensuring details are handled thoroughly without constant oversight.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing property workflows from contract to exit
  • Tracking tasks, priorities, and deadlines
  • Coordinating inspections, appraisers, title companies, homeowners associations, photographers, and contractors
  • Managing email, calendar, and Google Drive organization
  • Communicating with sellers, buyers, service providers, and internal team members, including scheduling property access and virtual tours
  • Gathering and organizing data for investor decisions
  • Preparing marketing copy and closing documents
  • Monitoring and paying company expenses including utilities and insurance
  • Supporting rental properties and creative finance transactions
  • Scheduling and moderating social media posts, responding to comments and inquiries, and managing online property listings
  • Keeping weekly operations meetings organized and efficient

Position Details

  • This is a 1099 Contractor position, with potential to transition to a W2 Employee role in the future
  • The position is 15–20 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing hours by the end of the year
  • Hours are flexible within 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST
  • The pay rate is $30/hr (USD)
  • You will need to pass a background check
  • We are looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
