KOB Solutions is seeking a Virtual Assistant who is detail oriented, self directed, and comfortable supporting a relationship driven recruiting business. The right person will enjoy working independently while supporting the President of a thoughtful and experienced recruiting firm and will be aligned with the companys core values:

This role will support recruiting operations, research, and communication, allowing the President to stay focused on client relationships and strategic recruiting work.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Draft candidate write ups based on the Presidents notes

  • Proofread resumes and cover letters

  • Conduct candidate searches using LinkedIn and internal databases

  • Create and manage job postings

  • Manage CRM activity, including updating records, logging activity, and communicating with the recruiter network

  • Conduct internet research, including company and market research

  • Perform data entry and database updates

  • Assist with website updates

  • Draft LinkedIn outreach or marketing content for review

  • Research and purchase gifts for VIP contacts

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate must be/have:

  • Self directed and comfortable working independently

  • Organized and reliable with strong follow through

  • Assertive and comfortable sharing ideas and opinions

  • Relationship focused and professional when communicating with clients and industry contacts

  • Able to work with a direct communicator and independent business owner

  • You must be tech savvy and quick to pick up new tools and software

Experience with the following tools is a plus!

  • Google Workspace, including Gmail and Google Teams

  • Microsoft Office

  • WordPress

  • Adobe

  • AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude

Position Details

  • This is a 1099 contractor position

  • The position will be 20-25 hours per week with the possibility of growing to more hours as needed

  • Flexible hours with some overlap between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST for meetings

  • The pay rate is $28/hr. USD

  • You must be able to pass a background check

  • We are looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
