Ownership of all aspects of documentation, including information architecture and tooling.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand new features and translate them into accurate and useful documentation.
Ask precise and clarifying questions to uncover edge cases and implicit assumptions.
Ensure documentation reflects how the product actually works, not just how it was intended to work.
Maintain high standards for clarity, consistency, and technical correctness.
Write and edit technical marketing content.
