  • Advise customers on IT infrastructure, focusing on enterprise networking solutions (e.g., LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, network security, cloud connectivity, WiFi for guest and back-office areas).

Job description

Your Responsibilities:
  • Acquiring and developing customers in the hospitality sector (e.g., hotels, hotel chains, restaurants, system gastronomy, student dormitories, serviced apartments)
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with operators, owners, investors, and key decision-makers at regional and national levels
  • Identifying, developing, and qualifying sales opportunities and managing projects and framework agreements in a structured manner
  • Creating competitive proposals in close collaboration with internal departments, presales teams, and external partners
  • Advising customers on IT infrastructure, focusing on enterprise networking solutions (e.g., LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, network security, cloud connectivity, WiFi for guest and back-office areas)
  • Analyzing market and competitive trends within the hospitality segment and identifying growth opportunities
  • Representing the company at industry events, hospitality trade fairs, and networking events
  • Collaborating closely with partners, including system integrators, distributors, and complementary manufacturers
Your Profile:
  • You bring experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, ideally within the hospitality, retail, or service environment.
  • You have a strong track record in managing key accounts and building long-term customer relationships.
  • You understand the typical decision-making processes of hotel operators, restaurant chains, or real estate companies.
  • You bring a solid technical understanding of enterprise IT solutions, especially network infrastructure, WiFi, and IT security.
  • You communicate, negotiate, and present with confidence and clarity.
  • You are willing to travel within Germany as needed.
  • You speak and write German and English fluently.
