French remote Telesales Agent in Spain

To support their market operations, they are looking for a Telesales Agent who is fluent in French, with a natural talent for customer contact and sales. If you're a motivated communicator with a commercial mindset and a team spirit — this opportunity is for you!

💼 What you’ll do

• 📲 Handle inbound calls from customers in French

• 🛠️ Register new home appliances and customer details

• 📄 Explain the legal warranty and offer additional insurance

• 🎯 Use your sales and communication skills to meet performance targets

• 🤝 Provide great customer service and share feedback on improvements

✅ You are

• 🗣️ Fluent in French (English or Spanish is a plus!)

• 💬 A strong communicator with a commercial mindset

• 💪 Confident in sales and overcoming objections

• 🤗 Customer-focused, proactive, and a real team player

• 💻 Comfortable with Microsoft tools and working remotely
