  • Manage internal teams and external consultants/agencies to execute on a strategy and coordinate on program and event management
  • Oversee the growth of talent pipeline for fellowships, ecosystem partners and the 'friends' circle of Harambeans

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to be flexible and deal with a certain amount of unpredictability

  • The ability and willingness to go above and beyond to help support the Alliance goals

  • Strong ability to manage internal teams and external consultants/agencies to execute on a strategy

  • Attention to the detail and ability to work in a high pressure environment


Experience required:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, ideally within high-growth companies within the social and private sector

  • Demonstrated experience implementing complex programs

  • Previous working experience in working in the African entrepreneurship space is a plus

  • Experience in program, project and event management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A team-player attitude with a strong sense of personal accountability
