  • Facilitate collaboration between business clients, contracting stakeholders, and the IT security team to ensure alignment of technical efforts with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance and awareness on technical matters, including best practices, standards, and emerging trends, to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare client-ready presentations and white papers on technical topics, best practices, standards, and guidance; oversee the full Quarterly Training development lifecycle, including ideation, content development, delivery, evaluation, and maintenance.

Job Summary:

 

As a key member of our project team, the Technical Solutions Integrator will play a critical role in tracking technical efforts, issues, and initiatives, while fostering collaboration between business clients, contracting stakeholders, and the IT security team. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to facilitate integration among various teams. The specialist will provide guidance, awareness, and support to ensure the seamless integration of teams, adherence to best practices, standards, and effective consultation on technical matters.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

The Technical Solutions Integrator has high visibility with our corporate and client leadership. As part of this role/team you will advise and partner with clients to provide highly developed domain expertise, stakeholder relationships, and capability knowledge. Collaboration and integrating stakeholders will be key to determine and support the business needs, system requirements, and implementation. Additional key areas will be analyzing and evaluating the current business processes and identifying areas of improvement while providing ideas and findings in cross-collaboration meetings. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

 

  • Technical Tracking Monitor and track technical efforts, issues, and initiatives across various workstreams and teams.

  • Guidance and Awareness Provide guidance and awareness on technical matters, including best practices, standards, and emerging trends, to relevant stakeholders.
  • Client Deliverables Prepare client ready presentations and white papers on technical related topics, best practices, standards, and guidance.versee the full Quarterly Training development lifecycle, including ideation, content development, delivery, evaluation, and maintenance.


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

  • Familiarity with custom and off-the-shelf technology systems for data input and extraction for analysis and metrics.
  • Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies, including IT risks, compliance requirements, and potential business impacts.
  • Aptitude for identifying complex business challenges and proposing innovative technical solutions to address them.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
  • Ability to align technical solutions with overarching business objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Experience with system IT security standards and best practices.
  • Ability to contribute to the preparation for and delivery of software system demonstrations to the internal cross-collaboration team.
  • Solid understanding of relevant technical domains and varying technical solutions.
  • Awareness of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to the industry, ensuring that technical solutions adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Experience with requirements, business, and systems analysis.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce software.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian software products (Confluence and Jira).
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agile certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Technical certificates or certifications.

 

Minimum Education:

 

·        Bachelor’s (BA or BS) degree from an accredited institution.
