Responsibilities

  • Data analysis: Own the definition, implementation, evaluation, deployment, and enhancement of data coming from our existing Integrations to improve the status quo and provide visual status updates to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Project Management Support: Take an active role in supporting the software delivery process, focusing on rolling out software solutions and gathering requirements. Ensure smooth coordination with local and international teams to address individual market needs and ensure that the team stays focused and on target.
  • Leadership reporting: Ownership of key KPI tracking as well as translating these KPIs and project management updates into presentations for C-level and upper management.
  • Innovation Initiatives: Contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team to continuously improve our products and processes.

Dies erfolgt durch den Einsatz von Photovoltaik, Wärmepumpe und Ladeinfrastruktur in Verbindung mit einer intelligenten und individuellen Steuerung aller Systeme basierend auf künstlicher Intelligenz, um den besonders günstigen Preiszonen von Sonne und Wind direkt an der Strombörse zu folgen. Nach drei Jahren hat das Unternehmen bereits 100.000 Kunden bedient und gilt damit laut EUPD Studie seit 2024 als europäischer Marktführer. Technologisches Herzstück ist die Software Plattform “Heartbeat AI”. Sie verbindet Wärmepumpe, Ladesäulen und Strombatterien direkt mit der Strombörse und steuert jedes einzelne Systeme nach individuellen Fahrplänen durch künstliche Intelligenz. So wird individuell immer der jeweils günstigste und sauberste Strom bereitgestellt, ob vom eigenen Dach oder vom Energiemarkt. Zurzeit betreibt 1KOMMA5° über 75 Standorte und Meisterbetriebe mit rund 2.200 Mitarbeitenden von Europa bis Australien. Zusätzlich arbeitet 1KOMMA5° kontinuierlich an der Weiterentwicklung der Heartbeat AI 🤖 Platform hierzu arbeiten allein am Entwicklungsstandort in Berlin über 200 Entwicklerinnen und Entwickler. Bereits 30% der mit Heartbeat AI verbundenen Haushalte erwirtschaften durch den Verkauf von Strom in Hochpreisphasen mehr Erlöse als sie Stromkosten. Insgesamt steuert das System nach kurzer Zeit bereits über 40.000 Energiesysteme.

Your mission
As part of a cross-functional team in the Heartbeat AI domain, you will focus on delivering new hardware integrations for the Heartbeat AI platform, performing actionable data analyses on existing ones and drafting requirements for our software and hardware solutions. In addition you will take an active project management role within the team and support in preparing presentations for the company leadership team and external events
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Project Management Support: Take an active role in supporting the software delivery process, focusing on rolling out software solutions and gathering requirements. Ensure smooth coordination with local and international teams to address individual market needs and ensure that the team stays focus and on target
  • Data analysis: Own the definition, implementation, evaluation, deployment, and enhancement of data coming from our existing Integrations to improve the status quo and provide visual status updates to all relevant stakeholders
  • Leadership reporting: Ownership of key KPI tracking as well as translating these KPIs and project management updates into presentations for C-level and upper management
  • Innovation Initiatives: Contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team to continuously improve our products and processes
  • Act as a point of contact for our partner networks and OEM partners, supporting efforts to adapt and integrate their solutions with our systems and ensure that things are always running smoothly for our customers
Your profile
You have:
  • You are enrolled at a university and can contribute 20 hours per week
  • You are studying a relevant degree program (e.g. Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience refining ambiguous requirements and finding your way around in cross-functional teams in a fast pace, interdisciplinary working environment
  • You like working with large data sets and putting them in clear visualisations to support status updates and progress reports
  • You know your way around the google office suite and how to abstract complex information for leadership decisions
  • An agile and result-oriented mindset and you consider yourself a team player
  • Comfortable owning tasks and work streams from day one
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English and German (C1 / C2)
Bonus points for:
  • Knowledge around the Energy markets, products or ecosystem
  • Knowledge of BigQuery, Looker, Grafana and Notion
  • Experience and interest in climate tech industry
  • Experience working closely with business and/or technical stakeholders in product development processes
