  • Liaise with management, marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure alignment of creative marketing with business priorities.
  • Lead internal cross-functional meetings by facilitating efficient discussions, eliciting updates, and tracking deliverables.

Job description

This is a remote position.

How You Will Make an Impact:

The Product Marketing Manager optimizes the company's marketing strategies and increases market share and competitiveness. This person assesses and prioritizes strategic opportunities, executes an ongoing set of traffic initiatives, analyzes the impacts of each marketing channel and program, and continually optimizes results. The Product Marketing Manager will establish targeted customer and industry partnership networks. This person will also create web and social media marketing campaigns to drive the integrating marketing communications strategy and ensure all creative content is in-brand and optimized for web search and social media marketing. This person liaises with management, marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure creative marketing alignment to business priorities. EVA's Product Marketing Manager is a results-driven performance marketer with a strong record of achieving high growth. This person focuses on the big picture, the details, and the aesthetics to support the customer value proposition (CVP) and maintains a strong, visible corporate presence at business and community events to promote the company's CVP.

Essential Functions:

1. Analyze marketing strategies to identify new opportunities and evaluate marketing campaigns, including traffic lead generation and sales activity alongside SEM/SEO to ensure campaigns hit targets and ROI; Perform competitor analysis toward an increased market share.

2. Develop and manage consumer-based marketing and branding strategies, including web and social media marketing campaigns, to drive an integrating marketing communications strategy.

3. Liaise with management, marketing, sales, and production team to ensure alignment of creative marketing to business priorities.

4. Lead internal cross-functional meetings by facilitating efficient discussions, eliciting updates, and tracking the deliverables.

5. Establish targeted customer and industry partnership networks.

6. Monitor key marketing metrics and developing market segmentation models; Performs post-event content analysis and reporting metrics.

7. Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and social promotion.

8. Design, create and maintain customer-centric creative assets for print and digital advertising, including collateral materials including graphics, illustrations, brochures, fliers, specifications sheets, typography, signs, and trade show materials.

9. Support marketing corporate governance, risk management, and compliance with relevant legislation and regulation in day-to-day marketing activities.

10. Coordinate and schedule printing processes and marketing printing jobs with external vendors; Maintain marketing records and files, including photos and videos.

11. Follow company safety regulations and company policies; Performs other duties as assigned.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism/communications , or related discipline and 5-7 years of experience working in marketing to or working in conference-planning/learning departments with associations and nonprofits or a combination of education and experience. Hands-on experience running marketing programs to email, CMS, and social media platforms required. Excellent computer/technical literacy including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite/Adobe XD, Photoshop, PaintShop, Website Content Management System, Web Design Software, Google or Adobe Analytics and HTML experience preferred. A Strong understanding of trending topics and creative approaches for paper and digital marketing campaigns are highly preferred. Experience in associations and nonprofits is required. Superb organizational, written and oral communication skills required.
